To the last Anon...thanks for the concern. I have had first hand experience with people going off their meds too quickly and I've also had experience with people where it hardly affected them. Luckily Master had only been on the new med for a short time so there wasn't any side effects. He is however still on his main medication as it works well for him. Hopefully things are better for you know, as they are for us.

Please be careful about ending the psychiatric drugs! I have NEVER been suicidal and I didn't head that advice and when I ended my antidepressants it was the scariest month of my life because I thought of ending my life every single day. Knowing that I was just experiencing withdrawal symptoms was the only thing that made that experience tolerable. If I had not known it was the fault of the drugs, and not weaning myself off properly, I would have committed suicide.

I recommend weaning off the drugs SLOWLY. I know it sucks, especially when you don't like the results, but the alternative is VERY DANGEROUS.

Sometimes 2nd ,3rd, and more opinions are needed when evaluating delicate situations. The modern consensus in todays thinking is less meds are far more effective rather than piling on med after med.Best of luck on your journey:)

You are in a difficult situation. Needing to care for your Dom and not being able to cater to your true needs. I admire the strength and perseverance you have in helping and caring for Glenn. I couldn't imagine having to deal with this. I am sure medications will begin to work, and things will return to normal,whatever that is..lol, somewhere in your near future. Keep persevering and stay stronger than ever.
